Mrs Highbrow TREATMENT ENHANCER – Dyotics

Description Use this solution before performing a lash or brow treatment for optimal results. This liquid enhances the effect of the active substances. For Henna Brow: Mix 1 scoop of powder to 10-15 drops of treatment enhancer. For Brow Lamination or Lash Lift: clean the lashes or brows with an oil free make remover. Then drop some Treatment Enhancer on a cotton pad or micro brush and gently clean eyelashes or brows.
