The memory can be reprogrammed as many times as the user would like. These lights also have other programmable functions such as strobe, flash, etc. The HL08 series headlamp weighs less than 6 ounces. A hunter can wear it all night long without any discomfort. The HL08-R headlamps have an intense, flawless beam that when set at only 50% brightness a hunter can see an approaching coyotes eyes at over 250 yards. Also, when set at 50% brightness the light will provide a continuous runtime of over 9 hours with just one battery. If more runtime is desired a hunter can purchase separately a dual battery holder which will provide more than double the runtime.
